1. Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible; however, delivery times may vary based on demand, location, and external factors.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.
  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 7–14 working days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed.

2. Important Notice About Delays

During peak shopping periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, delivery times may exceed 14 working days due to high demand and courier delays. While we work hard to dispatch your items promptly, we rely on external shipping partners. Delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or unexpected demand are beyond our control.

Please note: Certain products may have delayed dispatch dates due to supplier schedules or holidays. These details will be clearly communicated on the product page and during checkout.

3. Delivery Attempts and Customer Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, the courier will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will provide instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the package. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these instructions and ensure a successful delivery. Refunds cannot be issued for failed delivery attempts due to the customer’s inability to arrange re-delivery or collect the package from the courier.


4. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse by the courier.

  • Upon receipt of the returned parcel, a refund for the item(s) will be processed within 14 days, minus the original shipping cost (if applicable).
  • For international orders or instances where return shipping fees are incurred, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Cancellations After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Customers may refuse delivery, and the return process outlined in the Refused Deliveries section will apply.


6. Responsibility for Goods

CharlieRose-London is responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once delivered, the responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking details. If a safe place delivery option is chosen by the customer, responsibility transfers upon the courier’s confirmation of delivery to the specified location.


7. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your address details before completing your order.

  • Before Dispatch: If you realise the mistake, please contact us immediately at info@charlierose-london.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
  • After Dispatch: Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the shipping address once the order has been dispatched. In such cases:
    • If the courier returns the package to us as undeliverable, we can re-ship it to the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply.
    • If the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

8. Right to Cancel and Returns Policy

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. To cancel, please notify us via email at info@charlierose-london.com with your order details. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you must return the goods in their original condition within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


9. Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at info@charlierose-london.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.


10. Free Shipping

We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum order requirement. Your items will be delivered straight to your doorstep at no extra cost.
